I believe organizational chaos almost always starts in the same place: where a leader loses clarity and structure stops keeping up with growth. That's where I step in.

I started my career in digital entrepreneurship at a time when the internet in Croatia was still in its infancy. In 2007, I launched Njuškalo — a platform that grew from a small idea within a media company into Croatia's largest digital marketplace, with over 18 million visits per month.

As founder and CEO, I led Njuškalo through fifteen years of growth — from its first employees to an organization of more than 350 people. Within Styria Media Group, I took on the role of deputy cluster lead for marketplaces across four countries, managing complex cross-cultural teams and transformation processes.

Growth is 20% strategy and 80% organizational alignment — I learned that the hard way. Today, I put that experience to work for founders, directors, and leadership teams going through similar challenges.

I'm an author, TEDx speaker, media commentator, and mediator. But above all — a practitioner. Everything I advise on, I've been through myself first.
